The hotel was under renovtion which you did not tell me. The bed was terrible. No chair by the work table. The TV did not work. The thermostat did not work properly. When I told the front desk about these things not working, the fellow said he would mention it to maintenance. He did not apologize, it did not seem like he cared much. I had to park on the street, because their lot is so small. It was a run down dump, made worse by the people working there. It was not worth half of what I paid.

The room was new-fashioned and well-maintained with Airline wipes and a coffee station, just as expected. All of the staff was courteous and accommodating. I visited an attached restaurant and appreciated the local meals they offer.

The place was close to court house. and may good bars.

The staff is very friendly, although when I went to check in, they were busy answering the phone and didn't notice me right away. Same with check-out. However, they were very friendly when they looked up. The hotel is pretty clean and comfortable to stay in.

The showerhead was my biggest complaint. I'm almost six foot tall...the showerhead didn't actually go above my chin.

This place has an excellent location, close to restaurants, bars, the restaurant, downtown, and the surrounding area.

The rooms were comfy and nicely decorated, plus the beds were comfortable. The own bathroom. The staff was helpful, efficient, no complaints whatsoever. The location of the hotel was favourable, to everything in Rock Island. Moreover, it's near to the river, night life and the bars.
